PHARMACOVIGILANCE
WHAT IS PHARMACOVIGILANCE?
Pharmacovigilance consists of a series of activities aimed at identifying, evaluating, understanding and preventing adverse reactions to a drug or any other safety problem relating to the use of a drug.
WHAT IS AN ADVERSE REACTION TO A DRUG?
It is a harmful and unwanted response to a drug and can result from authorized or unauthorized use (e.g. overdose, improper use, abuse, therapeutic error, off-label) of the drug or from professional exposure.
HOW TO REPORT AN ADVERSE REACTION TO A DRUG?
You can report an adverse reaction to a drug for which Morganceutical is the Marketing Authorization Holder or to a drug distributed/promoted by Anseris Farma:
• Reporting it to your doctor or pharmacist
• Following the instructions on the AIFA website
• By sending the report directly to Anseris Farma, as reported below
If you are outside Italy, since each country has its own legislation and reporting methods, we recommend that you contact the local healthcare personnel for how to report adverse reactions to drugs.
HOW TO REPORT DIRECTLY TO MORGANCEUTICAL?
To send a report directly to Morganceutical, please read the Information on the processing of personal data for pharmacovigilance purposes. Once you have confirmed reading the information, you will be provided with the relevant contact details.
